If you get a "This key is invalid" error when you try to redeem your game key in the Spellbreak launcher, please try the following:
- Make sure your key is correct. The best way to do this is to just copy/paste it from your key email (or wherever you got it from). Please note: Steam keys (recognizable by their XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX format) will not work in the Spellbreak launcher—they must be redeemed on Steam.
- There is a rare bug in the launcher that gives a false "invalid" error. Close and reopen the launcher completely and try again. Your key will work eventually—but it can sometimes take several attempts or a complete restart of your computer. Please try this as many times as possible before you contact us for support—this is usually the problem and it will resolve itself.
Founder Pack purchasers: you do not need to enter a key in the launcher; you are automatically granted access to the game through the sign-up/purchase process. The key you receive in your email is for your records only.
