What is a Spellbreak account and why do I need one?
Your Spellbreak account is used to share your progression across PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox and party up with players from those platforms.
Is a Spellbreak account the same as my Epic Games, Playstation, Xbox Live, or Nintendo account?
No, your Spellbreak account is a different account from your platform accounts. However once you log into your Spellbreak account from a platform account, your accounts will be connected and you will not need to log into your Spellbreak account again on that platform.
If I played Spellbreak during the Alpha/Beta, do I still need to make a new Spellbreak Account?
Yes, Spellbreak accounts are brand new for launch and were not available during the Alpha or Beta testing phases. Even if you are a Pre-Alpha, Alpha, or Closed Beta player, you will need to create an account upon logging in and being prompted to create an account.
If I played Spellbreak during the Alpha and/or Beta testing phases, will creating a Spellbreak account cause me to lose my earned or purchased cosmetics?
If you've previously purchased a Founder's Pack or received a promotional Outfit (Hollow, Treeline, Pioneer, etc), you'll still have it in your Collection. Rewards earned from progression have been reset, however. As long as you are playing Spellbreak on the same Epic or Playstation account as you did during the Spellbreak Alpha or Beta testing phases, you will retain all of the cosmetic items you purchased or received during a promotion (such as Hollow, Treeline, Pioneer, etc).
How do I link multiple platforms to my Spellbreak account?
To link your platform accounts together, you will need to create a Spellbreak account. Once created, log in on your additional platforms with the same Spellbreak account credentials. This will link your accounts together.
How do I unlink platform accounts from my Spellbreak Account?
Please contact our Player Support team so they can assist you to unlink your platform account(s) from your Spellbreak account.
