You are fully accountable for any and all actions taken on your Spellbreak account. This includes any purchases, in-game activity, and use of exploits/cheats or fraudulent behavior. Per the terms of service:
"You are responsible from protecting your login and password from unauthorized use, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that your login or password has been or may be used without your permission so that appropriate action can be taken. We are not responsible for the losses or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your login and password."
Basically, this means that for any cases where action was taken on your account that wasn't by you, we won't be able to help. This applies to:
- I let my cousin play for 1 hour and he spent all my gold, please refund me!
- I share an account with my brother and he got the account banned for scripting, please unban it wasn't me!
- My mom tried selling my account with a Hollow skin on Facebook and now I'm banned!
tl;dr - don't let ANYONE use your account but you! If you think your account is compromised, let us know immediately!
