What is a RMT?
A real-money transaction (RMT) is when you purchase any form of in-game item or currency directly with a payment method, such as a debit/credit card or PayPal. In Spellbreak, these purchasable bundles and items can be found on the Add Gold tab, or directly through the platform's store interface - generally as "Add-on Content" or DLC.
Can you refund my RMT purchase?
We are NOT able to refund RMT purchases through our Support systems. Any RMT purchase is controlled by the platform on which you purchased the item. So if you bought something on Steam and require a refund, you would need to go through Steam Support to ask for a refund.
